Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Solutions Expert Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings, ensuring smooth logistics and communication.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and financial statements.
- Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and arrange travel itineraries.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to electronic enquiries and directing visitors.
- Develop and implement efficient office procedures and routines.
- 1-7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Windows.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
