Position Overview

As a Technical Support Specialist at Tech Quest Solutions Inc, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our computer networks and providing exceptional support to our users.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work Environment
  • Relocation expenses will be covered by the employer.
  • Candidates must be open to relocating as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate access to computer networks for users.
  • Assist users facing challenges with their computer systems.
  • Research and implement solutions by consulting user guides, technical manuals, and other relevant documents.
  • Provide training and advice to users based on identified issues.
  • Maintain a comprehensive log of problems and solutions for reference by other technical support analysts.
  • Deliver support for business systems, networks, and Internet-related issues.
  • Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and necessary software.
  • Conduct backup and recovery operations for web servers.
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • This is a permanent position.
  • Work language will primarily be English.
  • Standard working hours are 35 hours per week.
