As a Manager, your primary role will involve delivering financial insights and analyses to facilitate informed decision-making across private investment sectors. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Finance Business Partner to generate financial analyses for investment sectors, employing data visualization tools and analytical expertise.
- Engage in the enhancement of analytical capabilities to evaluate the performance and resource allocation of investment sectors.
- Guarantee the precision and relevance of financial data by coordinating efforts across various departments.
- Assist in the annual business planning cycle by contributing to budget formulation and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Foster partnerships within the Finance team and across departments to enhance financial analysis and reporting.
- Guide junior team members and support their professional development.
Qualifications
We welcome applications from candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Over 6 years of experience in financial analysis, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; professional certifications are advantageous.
- Proven capability to manage diverse stakeholders and achieve results.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Commercial insight paired with meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, Tableau, and/or Power BI is beneficial.
