Construction Flagperson

4-WAY TRAFFIC CONTROL LTD is seeking a committed Construction Flagperson to become a vital part of our workforce. In this role, you will be tasked with supporting various construction activities across multiple sites. Candidates with a secondary school diploma and up to 7 months of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Position Details

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Manage traffic flow at or near construction zones
  • Attach special equipment securely
  • Assist tradespeople, apprentices, and other team members as needed
  • Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks
Qualifications
  • Certifications: Traffic Control Person (TCP) Certification
  • Specialization: Roads and bridges
  • Transportation Requirements: Valid driver's license
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced, physically demanding, repetitive tasks
