Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company's goals and objectives.
- Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear priorities to ensure efficient workflow.
- Carry out administrative activities, including budget preparation and maintenance, and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence to support business decisions.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including customer service and professionalism.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure effective resource allocation.
- 1-6 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Permanent employment with 37.5 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
