Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at ATL Senior Living. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative activities of our establishment, ensuring that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear priorities to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including budget preparation and maintenance, and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence to support business decisions.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including customer service and professionalism.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure effective resource allocation.
Requirements
  • 1-6 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment with 37.5 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
