About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Broker to join our team at Waypoint Insurance Services. As an Insurance Broker, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Administration: Ensure that all policy requirements are met, including medical examinations and other necessary documentation.
  • Claims Management: Monitor insurance claims and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest insurance products and services, including group and individual insurance packages, risk coverage, and policy features.
  • Sales and Marketing: Sell a range of insurance products, including automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft, and other types of insurance.
Work Environment

As an Insurance Broker at Waypoint Insurance Services, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high expectations. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail in all aspects of your work.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Workplace Information: Hybrid work arrangement, 37.5 hours per week, permanent position.
