Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Administration: Ensure that all policy requirements are met, including the completion of necessary forms and medical examinations.
  • Claims Management: Monitor insurance claims and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest insurance products and services, including group and individual insurance packages, risk coverage, and policy features.
  • Sales and Marketing: Sell a range of insurance products, including automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft, and other types of insurance.
Work Environment

As an Insurance Broker at Waypoint Insurance Services, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail. You will be expected to work under pressure and make sound judgments in a variety of situations.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Skills: Client focus, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, team player
Work Arrangements

This is a permanent, full-time position with a hybrid work arrangement. The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week and will be required to work in English.
