About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team at dentalcorp Health Services Ltd. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dentists in delivering high-quality services.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for dental examinations and ensure they are comfortable and relaxed throughout the process.
  • Prepare dental instruments and filling materials to ensure they are clean and ready for use.
  • Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Take and develop X-rays to assist in diagnosing and treating dental conditions.
  • Record dental procedures performed on patients to maintain accurate records and ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
  • Registration with provincial or territorial authorities is required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for effective communication with patients and colleagues.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a dental setting is preferred.
