Job Title: Janitor

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team at The Glynmill Inn Incorporated. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
  • Empty trash and recyclables, and replace liners in waste receptacles.
  • Restock supplies, such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and unclogging drains.
  • Assist with special events and projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a janitorial or maintenance role preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
