Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Family Caregiver to join our team at Marion Beth Tutschek. As a Family Caregiver, you will provide essential support and care to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Encourage clients to engage in regular exercise, such as walking, to promote physical well-being.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
Requirements
  • 1-6 months of experience in a caregiving role.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Ability to work in a non-smoking environment.
  • Flexibility to work in a variety of settings, including clients' homes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment
