Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Operations Supervisor to oversee our team at Hanh Heritage Salon and Spa Inc. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Previous experience is an asset or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor staff, including apprentices and design teams.
  • Authorize payments and manage financial transactions.
  • Order and manage merchandise inventory.
  • Handle merchandise returns and exchanges.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules for staff.
  • Engage in selling merchandise and promoting services.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply issues.
  • Organize and maintain an efficient inventory system.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for team members.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position requiring 40 hours per week of commitment. The primary language of work is English.
