Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at The UPS Store. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of store appearance and organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Ensure store appearance and organization are maintained at a high level, including cleaning and maintaining store fixtures and equipment.
  • Supervise and train store staff to ensure they are meeting customer service and sales expectations.
  • Monitor and maintain store security, including handling cash and credit transactions.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
