Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Lead and manage a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning and decision-making.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring that all staff are adequately trained and equipped to perform their duties.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Supervision: 5-10 people.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, team player.

Work Hours:

30 to 35 hours per week.
