Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Attorney to join our team at GPAC. As a leading search firm, we specialize in placing quality professionals within multiple industries across the United States.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, with a minimum of 3 years of practice experience. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing asset and share deals from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborating with clients, counsel, banks, accountants, and private lenders to achieve common goals and drive business growth.
  • Drafting complex commercial contracts that meet the needs of our clients and partners.
  • Providing expert legal advice on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financing, and governance.

  • Superb organizational skills and a strong work ethic, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
