Pizza Cook Job Description

MCLH Enterprises LTD is seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain inventory levels.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Cleaning and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Recruitment: Recruit and hire staff as needed to meet the demands of the business.
  • Event Planning: Organize buffets and banquets to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Operations Management: Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency in food preparation and presentation.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment to meet the demands of the business.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods and repetitive tasks.
  • Teamwork: Work as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
Experience and Education:
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
