We are in search of a Lead iOS Software Engineer to develop and enhance critical mobile applications while providing both technical and interpersonal guidance to a team of software developers. This role involves working on a pivotal SDK utilized across various high-profile consumer applications. Essential Qualifications:
  • Advanced proficiency in Swift/iOS Development
  • Comfortable working on iOS projects without immediate UI Development needs
  • Experience with distributed database systems such as Couchbase, Firebase, Ditto, etc.
  • Background in developing libraries and shared components in Swift, with a focus away from UI development initially
  • Familiarity with GitHub Actions

This role also demands a strong desire to learn and implement new skills. Candidates should be adept at developing web-based software or mobile applications and excel in utilizing various tools across different client environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, scale, and improve software products, applications, and platforms based on client requirements and business objectives
  • Clearly communicate technical concepts in an understandable manner for clients
  • Collaborate with designers and product teams to propose effective solutions that align with client goals
  • Define, refine, and document best practices to enhance team performance
  • Provide technical leadership to a development team, including managing up to 7 developers
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 5+ years of experience in iOS software development
  • Proven experience in building and scaling software products, with a passion for mentoring and leading other developers
  • Experience in architecting and deploying software products to cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services, or Azure
