Global Study Associate Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Study Associate Director to join our team at TFS HealthScience. As a key member of our Study Management department, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional study teams and providing guidance to ensure successful study delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage study teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of clinical studies.
  • Develop and maintain study plans, including quality and risk management planning.
  • Collaborate with external service providers to ensure contracted goals and timelines are met.
  • Manage study budgets and provide financial reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • University degree in a relevant field, such as medical or biological sciences.
  • 5+ years of clinical experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including 2+ years of project management experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical research regulatory requirements.
