About the Role

The Global Study Associate Director is a critical position within our Study Management team, responsible for delivering clinical studies. As a key member of our team, you will lead a cross-functional study team and provide guidance to ensure successful study delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a cross-functional study team to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of clinical studies.
  • Develop and maintain study plans, including quality and risk management planning, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with external partners and service providers to ensure seamless study execution.
  • Manage study budgets and provide financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement risk-based quality management plans to ensure study quality and compliance.
Requirements:
  • University degree in a relevant field, such as medical or biological sciences.
  • 5+ years of experience in clinical research, including 2+ years of project management experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of ICH GCP and clinical research regulatory requirements.
  • Strong project management and team leadership skills.
