About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Aji Sai Japanese Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes and utensils are sanitized and ready for service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including dishes, utensils, and equipment
  • Operate dishwashers and other kitchen equipment
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
