- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support our team's decision-making processes.
- Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure our team has the necessary resources.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
- Guest Services: Greet guests, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
- Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure professionalism and accuracy.
