We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Private Enterprise Tax team at KPMG Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading client engagements and working closely with Partners on tax planning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead client engagements and develop tax planning strategies for private enterprise clients
- Work closely with Partners to deliver high-quality tax planning services
- Plan and organize teams for the preparation of tax returns and conduct tax research
- Review the work of junior staff for accuracy and completeness
- Provide ongoing support and mentoring for the professional development of staff
- Collaborate with other office members to attract new business to the firm
- 7 years' experience in a public accounting firm, with at least 5 years in a dedicated Tax role
- Professional Accounting Designation
- Completed, or nearly completed, the CPA In-Depth Tax Course
- Excellent people management skills
- Highly motivated individual with a desire for growth
- Excellent client service skills with the ability to understand clients' businesses
- Dedication and motivation to achieve high standards of client service and professionalism
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively manage conflicting demands and priorities
