Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the printing industry
Work Environment
  • Exposure to a noisy and dustry environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze production reports
  • Supervise and mentor staff across various responsibilities
  • Coordinate training sessions for team members
  • Review and approve job proofs and samples to ensure quality standards
  • Schedule and manage production activities effectively
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Provide recommendations for personnel actions
  • Develop strategies to meet production schedules
  • Offer technical and professional guidance to the team
  • Identify and implement measures to enhance productivity and product quality
  • Order necessary materials and supplies
  • Address work-related issues and provide solutions to improve efficiency
Supervisory Duties

Responsible for managing staff in various areas of the printing operation.
