- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and requests in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and satisfied.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that our gas station is well-stocked and that we meet our sales targets.
- Staff Development: Hire and train new staff members as needed, providing ongoing support and development to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles.
- Operational Efficiency: Plan and develop exhibits and displays for various events, ensuring that our gas station is well-presented and that we meet our sales targets.
- Reporting and Compliance: Establish and maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that we meet all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or supervisory role
- Availability: Availability to start immediately
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
