Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team at ANTHILL CONSTRUCTION LTD. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring the safe and efficient completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Clean and lubricate cranes and other heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under the supervision of experienced personnel.
  • Assist in the assembly of tower cranes on site.
  • Participate in cleaning and piling salvaged materials, as well as cleaning up chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
Requirements
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials as required.
