Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Stock Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels of cleaning supplies and linens.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report any maintenance or housekeeping issues to the relevant departments and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
  • Support for Youths: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment.
