Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of dedicated professionals to deliver seamless service and exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage labour budgets and optimize team performance
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment that meets our high standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive quality product delivery and consistency
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of restaurant leadership experience (we're open to potential candidates with less experience)
  • Beverage and wine training is an asset
  • Proven ability to make decisions and empower others
  • Desire to deliver world-class guest experiences
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
