Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Training: Train and supervise staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to meet meal preparation needs.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team player.
Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
