Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at BC LTD O/A Duncan Shell Cluster. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
- Authorize payments and returns, and maintain accurate records
- Establish work schedules and supervise staff performance
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain inventory, and ensure accurate stock levels
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Competitive hourly rate of $23.50
