Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at 1182888 BC LTD. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Assist the Store Manager in supervising and motivating a team of 5-10 staff members, ensuring they have the necessary training and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Merchandise and Services: Collaborate with the Store Manager to determine the merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies.
  • Marketing and Sales: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Operations and Administration: Assist the Store Manager in planning budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Work Setting: Retail business.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Collaborative, creative, efficient, energetic, hardworking, positive attitude, quick learner, and flexible.
