The Opportunity:

The Senior Maintenance Supervisor is a key leadership role that oversees the maintenance team and ensures the smooth operation of our facilities. This is a hands-on supervisory position that requires strong leadership and technical skills to drive excellence in maintenance and achieve world-class results.

Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:

  • Lead and motivate a team of maintenance supervisors and staff to achieve maintenance goals and objectives.
  • Supervise repairs and maintenance activities to ensure timely completion and quality of work.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize and schedule maintenance activities.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to the maintenance team to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in production meetings and KPI review meetings to ensure alignment with business objectives.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and technical skills to drive excellence in maintenance.
  • Familiarity with maintenance management systems and tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with the maintenance team and other stakeholders.
