The Opportunity:

The Senior Maintenance Supervisor is a key leadership role that oversees the maintenance team and ensures the smooth operation of our facilities. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance supervisors and tradespeople to achieve world-class results in maintenance and reliability.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of maintenance supervisors and tradespeople to achieve maintenance and reliability goals.
  • Supervise repairs and maintenance activities to ensure timely completion and quality of work.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure effective maintenance and repair of equipment.
  • Monitor and control maintenance expenditures to ensure alignment with budget and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure maintenance performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance services.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with world-class maintenance and best practices.
  • Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance tactics.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve maintenance and reliability goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and SAP-PM.
