About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Communications Specialist to join our team at Randstad on a 6-month contract basis. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with strong writing and editing skills, experience in business-to-business (B2B) communications, and familiarity with content management systems (CMS).

This role is hybrid, requiring the candidate to work remotely and onsite at our client's office 3 times per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, review, and edit high-quality content tailored for a B2B audience.
  • Post and manage content through a CMS (experience with Salesforce or Content Stack is a bonus).
  • Assist with the content migration project, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various communications efforts.
  • Edit and produce video content for quick software demos as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-4 years in a Communications role, with a strong emphasis on B2B communications.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional writing and editing skills, particularly for a B2B audience.
    • Proficiency in using CMS platforms for content posting and management.
    • Basic video editing skills for creating quick software demos.
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge:
    • A solid understanding of e-commerce and e-commerce marketplaces is highly desirable.
  • Attributes:
    • A proactive, hands-on approach, with a willingness to jump in and assist wherever needed.
