Product Information Coordinator

Altitude Sports is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Information Coordinator to join our team. As a Product Information Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of product information across our e-commerce platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Harmonize vendor data to present our inventory uniformly across our sites
- Collaborate with our brands to get all the content needed to create a quality product page with all the relevant information to guide customer choice
- Provide quality control and ensure accurate information on all items (descriptions, photos, sizing charts, prices and specs)
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve online customer experience
- Solve all kinds of problems relating to integration, forced quarantines, customer feedback and web page quality by applying established priorities
- Analyze highest returned products/categories and implement solutions
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and processes on the types of products that fall under your team's responsibility
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position in e-commerce content management or retail
- Written and oral communication skills in English and French
- Strong ability to manage stress, stay organized, and remain flexible in a deadline-driven work environment
- Technical and computer skills (Algolia, Product Information Management (PIM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), Excel, Google Suite)
- Basic knowledge of HTML and SEO is a plus
- Adaptability and team spirit
- Ingenuity and analytical thinking (including the ability to quickly read and understand)

- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
- Good understanding of customer service
