Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at TECHVISTA CONSULTING. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to identify requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Design and develop information systems business solutions using agile methodologies.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in business systems analysis or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and software development life cycles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
