Job Description

Baker Tilly Canada Cooperative is a leading midsize accounting and advisory firm seeking an experienced International Tax Manager to join our tax practice in Toronto or Vancouver.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with Tax Partners and Senior Managers on business tax compliance, tax provision, and tax advisory projects.
  • Develop and execute tax planning strategies for clients, including corporate and partnership tax planning.
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships, providing high-quality tax services and advice.
  • Review and approve technical research and tax planning recommendations, particularly for international companies.
  • Assess and review complex corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns and other tax-related tasks prepared by team members.
  • Actively mentor and coach junior staff, fostering their professional growth and development.
