Job Title: Brokerage Clerk

Job Type: Part-time

Hours: Monday to Friday (4:00AM - 9:00AM)

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Brokerage Clerk to join our team in a warehouse environment. As a Brokerage Clerk, you will be responsible for updating package information, validating international address information, scanning premium service packages, and assisting brokerage raters/team leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Package Coordination: Update package information, validate international address information, and scan premium service packages.
  • Assist Raters: Assist brokerage raters/team leads with general office duties, reports, forms, claims, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Customer Service: Answer phone calls from partners and other offices, and provide excellent communication skills to promote a positive work environment.
  • Warehouse Operations: Operate scanning station for imaging and documentation, and perform data entry/scanning tasks.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with strong typing and spreadsheet operations skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to read spreadsheets, extract information, and communicate findings to management team.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a warehouse environment, lift up to 70-lbs unassisted on an occasional basis, and prioritize daily tasks.
