Job Title: Brokerage Clerk

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Brokerage Clerk to join our team at CB Canada. As a Brokerage Clerk, you will be responsible for updating package information, validating international address information, and assisting brokerage raters/team leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update package information and validate international address information using UPS systems
  • Scan premium service packages and assist brokerage raters/team leads
  • Update package inventory systems and perform data entry/scanning
  • Assist in clerical tasks, including information gathering, documentation, photocopying, faxing, and splitting
  • Operate scanning station for imaging and documentation

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong typing and spreadsheet operations skills
  • Ability to read spreadsheets, extract information in Excel format, and communicate findings to management team
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize daily tasks
  • Ability to lift up to 70-lbs unassisted on an occasional basis
