Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Authorize returns and exchanges, and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, including sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, including scheduling and training.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately and will be willing to relocate for this position.
