Overview
This is a leadership development program designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a supply chain leadership role at PepsiCo.
Responsibilities
- Apply theoretical understanding and practical knowledge of operations, repair procedures, trouble shooting and preventative maintenance to support facility equipment reliability
- Execute Annual Operating Plan for Production
- Achieve performance standards with regards to safety, line utilization and quality
- Track key performance indicators/costs, anticipate and correct trends which would compromise achievement of financial targets
- Oversee and assure facility equipment reliability to minimize downtime
- Build people capability through effective employee relations, training, and communication for front-line hourly personnel
- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations
- Ensure compliance with all quality management programs and food safety systems, such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree completed by August 2024
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated commitment to working with and leading people
- Proven problem solver and ability to manage competing priorities
- Collaborative team-player with a "roll-up your sleeves" approach
- A passion for and a demonstrated commitment to extra-curricular activities and/or community involvement
- An agile individual who takes initiative and welcomes change with a positive attitude
