Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee various administrative functions within our organization. This role is crucial for ensuring that our operational processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and enhance new administrative protocols.
  • Set work priorities and guarantee adherence to procedures and timelines.
  • Manage the administrative functions of the establishment.
  • Coordinate and strategize office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the formulation of the operating budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary oversight.
  • Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Supervise and streamline office administrative procedures.
  • Address and resolve conflict situations effectively.
  • Plan and monitor budget and expenditures.
Technical Proficiency
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Skilled in MS Office Suite.
  • Experienced with MS Outlook.
  • Knowledgeable in MS PowerPoint.
Personal Attributes
  • Highly organized.

  • Effective team player.
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Employment Type: Permanent.
  • Working Language: English.
