Job Overview

Splendid Construction Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Framer-Carpenter to join our team. This role involves working on various construction sites and requires a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role
Work Environment

The position will be based in diverse locations, providing a dynamic work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare layouts in accordance with building regulations, utilizing precise measuring instruments.
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials including wood, wood substitutes, and lightweight steel.
  • Install windows, doors, stairs, moldings, and hardware with precision.
  • Estimate costs and required materials for projects.
  • Conduct maintenance, repairs, and renovations on residential and wooden structures across various facilities.
Supervisory Role

This position may involve overseeing 1 to 2 team members.

Safety and Security

A criminal record check is mandatory for this role.

Physical Requirements

The job entails a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and is physically demanding.
