The Role, Your Impact:

Under the direct supervision of the project manager, you will be a key actor in ensuring the proper execution of activities. Assist the project manager in planning, monitoring, and controlling activities. Maintain an up-to-date project plan with regular follow-ups with teams. Manage project documents: risk registers, dashboards, reports. Rigorously follow up on invoices and expenses to ensure effective financial management. Produce progress reports and disseminate alerts to stakeholders. Participate in follow-up meetings and ensure compliance with management standards. Coordinate logistics during tests and team movements. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.
