Barista - Coffee Connoisseur

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Gongcha Chinook Mall. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, pour-overs, and specialty drinks.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the coffee bar, customer seating area, and storage areas.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies, to ensure that the store is always stocked and ready for customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week
