Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Possesses a positive attitude and strong ethical standards

Qualifications:

  • Experience in vehicle accessories assembly is preferred, though we are open to training the right individual
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with operating shear, brake, saws, and basic hand tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Forklift operation experience is advantageous
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Desirable Skills:

While not mandatory, experience with 12v electrical systems, including lighting, inverters, and backup alarms, is a valuable asset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble partitions, shelving, ladder racks, and custom cabinetry for commercial vehicles
  • Potential for career advancement into vehicle installation roles
  • Interpret and adhere to detailed assembly instructions
  • Customize panels to meet specific design requirements
  • Utilize tools such as shear, brake, saws, and basic hand tools
  • Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs

Work Schedule and Compensation:

  • Standard working hours: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday
  • Compensation: Based on experience, with a review after three months, ranging from $20 to $27 per hour
