We are seeking a skilled Carpenter - Interior Finish Specialist to join our team at TGA RENOVATIONS INC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality interior finishes in our residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare layouts and designs in accordance with building codes and specifications, using measuring tools and equipment.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials to create high-quality interior finishes.
- Install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems to ensure a solid foundation for our interior finishes.
- Fabricate and install custom millwork, trim, and molding to meet our clients' specifications.
- Maintain and repair existing interior finishes in residential and commercial properties, including wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, and industrial plants.
- 3-5 years of experience in carpentry and interior finishing.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
