We are seeking an experienced VP of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the digital printing or marketing, advertising, technology sectors or related field.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of Account Executives and Account Managers to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our go-to-market strategy to ensure the team is maximizing efforts.
- Identify opportunities and develop strategies to effectively capture the total addressable market (TAM) across North America.
- Provide guidance on implementing CRM tools, such as Hubspot, and establish key dashboards and reporting processes.
- Recommend internal systems and processes to create efficiencies and improve sales performance.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales leader who can thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will have:
Experience developing and enhancing go-to-market strategies while being hands-on tactical and client-facing.CRM implementation experience, preferably with Hubspot.Industry experience in digital printing or marketing, advertising solutions.Existing relationships with key stakeholders within Mid Market and Enterprise level Financial Services and/or Retail accounts.A proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the digital printing or marketing, advertising, technology sectors or related field.A strong understanding of omni-channel marketing strategies and solutions.Demonstrated ability to lead, implement processes, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and drive results.What's in it for you?We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $200k, uncapped OTE of $300k, benefits, and an ESOP.
