Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Support Associate to join our team at 057033 NB Inc. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, including their rooms and common areas.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in a healthcare setting is an asset.
- Criminal record check.
- First Aid Certificate.
This is a permanent, full-time position with 40 hours of work per week. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The successful candidate will be able to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and work under pressure.
