Key Responsibilities

You will leverage your experience in mortgage lending to help clients achieve their dream of homeownership. As a mobile mortgage counselor, you will have the flexibility to meet with clients at their convenience. You will build lasting relationships and provide expert advice on mortgage loans and product solutions that will enable clients to secure their future and achieve homeownership.

How to Succeed

  • Client Mobilization – Prioritize the client experience and establish a personal relationship to make every interaction meaningful. Take advantage of the flexibility to respect clients' lifestyles and meet with them at their preferred time. Collaborate with banking center teams to build relationships and provide personalized advice on mortgage loans.

  • Business Expansion – Understand your local market and potential client base and create a sales plan that converts leads into new CIBC clients. Utilize your strong relationship-building and networking skills to build relationships, create business opportunities, and achieve tangible results.

  • Community Engagement – Expand your network and build lasting relationships with internal units and external real estate agents who will recommend potential clients and opportunities.
