This critical role will play a key part in sustaining the company's growth trajectory and delivering a best-in-class end-to-end customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Optimize the pricing, certainty of supply, and innovation of strategic supply chain partners
- Manage warehouse operations, transportation, inventory control, and client care
- Build new supply partnerships and ensure continuous improvement of financial and product performance from existing suppliers
- Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy to support the company's Unique Selling Proposition (USP)
- Build and execute against financial metrics to support the performance of KLONDIKE within the supply chain function
- Manage regular reporting on financial metrics and ensure compliance with KLONDIKE's policies on supply chain
- Continuously monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements to drive efficiency
- Communicate and collaborate with local warehouse management to ensure alignment and achievement of key metrics
- Implement effective quality control measures and lead risk management efforts related to supply chain
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes related to supply chain management in the lubricant sector
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team of 'A Players'
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field
- Extensive experience managing a network of third-party manufacturing, warehouses, and carriers across Canada and the U.S.
- Strong track record of delivering measurable results
- Ability and willingness to 'get your hands dirty' to achieve results and grow business
- Ability to implement and execute repeatable processes within a scaling organization
- Strong change management skills
