    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and development.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking

Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The language of work is English.
